Join Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist, Mark Byrne, to catch the late summer native perennials, including the very striking Joe-Pye Weed in full-bloom! Please be prepared to walk on trails or boardwalks. Â Bring water and insect repellant. Wear shoes that can get dirty and wet. Total hike will be 2-3 mile. Â In the event of heavy rain or storms the hike will be rescheduled.
Mark brings years of experience volunteering with the Cincinnati Nature Center, Warren County Parks, and BCWA—sharing his passion for native plants and wildlife along the way.
