Alex Zaharieff has more than thirty-five years of local government work experience. Over the years he established a culture that provided a high performance, citizen friendly organization. He received several commendations and has lectured nationwide on topics related to public service. In 2011, Alex was named the first Beavercreek Township Administrator (Chief Administrative Officer), a position from which he has recently retired. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Wright State University.
He currently serves or has past served on numerous organization boards. Alex lives in Beavercreek Township with his wife. He is proud to serve the great community of Beavercreek Township where he has called home for more than 45 years.
